Villa Espera is a luxurious four bedroom villa, located in one of the island's most sought-after areas. Conveniently located for refuge and peace whilst also accessible to the nightlife of Ibiza Town and Botafoch Marina. Villa Espera has fresh, open and modern interiors. The entrance to the home is light with a wide sweeping staircase leading from the living room and south facing French Doors which open to the pool terrace as well as provide this interior spaces with an excellent quality of natural light. Villa Espera features a designer kitchen, modern interiors with luxury fittings & great spaces for entertaining. Generous living and seated outdoor areas enjoy stunning sunsets refracting off the surface of the pool and around terraces. The pool and wrap around terrace with stunning Ibiza town views provide the perfect backdrop on lazy summer days.
