Villa Can Mari Miguel is a charming, traditional Ibizan farmhouse with 400 m² of living space, surrounded by orange groves. Situated on a 100,000 m² estate in the northern part of the island, it accommodates up to 12 guests. The house was carefully restored and expanded in 2006, preserving the original Sabina wood ceilings that are characteristic of the Ibizan style. The thick walls maintain a comfortable temperature in the summer, making air conditioning unnecessary. The villa offers partial air conditioning. The nearby main road connects the villa to the village of San Miguel, just 1.5 km away, where you can find supermarkets, a butcher, pharmacy, doctor, post office, and other essential services. The charming village of Santa Gertrudis is only a 3-minute drive away, Ibiza Town is 15 minutes, and the airport 20 minutes. The surrounding area offers beautiful beaches like Benirras and the port of San Miguel, perfect for water sports such as waterskiing and diving. The region is also ideal for those who enjoy nature, with opportunities for cycling, hiking, and horseback riding. A highlight is the local artisan market with traditional dance performances held every Thursday evening during the summer in nearby San Miguel.
